Chicken meatballs 

Ingredients

600gr chicken mincemeat 

250gr unsalted anari cheese (Cypriot traditional cheese) or

         mizithra cheese (Greek traditional cheese)

150gr bread cramps 

1 tsp mustard powder

2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon 

1/2 tsp Black pepper 

1/2 tsp garam masala 

1/4 tsp turmeric 

1 tsp onion powder 

1 tsp garlic powder 

1 tsp dry thyme

1 tsp estragon 

1/2 cup chopped parsley

2 large eggs

1 cup cold water

1/4 cup olive oil for sauté cooking 

Sauce Ingredients

2 tsp tomato paste

1 cup peeled smashed tomatoes

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp curry powder

1/2 cup of hot water

Meatballs Preparation Method

1. Mix all meatballs ingredients 

2. Form into small balls (a bit smaller than ping-pong size)

3. Pour olive oil into a large hot non-stick pan.

4. Place meatballs into the pan and cook on all sides until golden brown.

5. While the meatballs are cooking mix all sauce ingredients together.

6. After all meatballs are cooked, pour the Tomato sauce into the pan and gently mix the sauce with the meatballs without breaking their shape.

7. Simmer for 4’ - 5' minutes.

8. Serve hot with boiled rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta.
