Taramosalata (Fish roe salad - meze)

Cupcakes for Any Occasion

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
200ml fresh orange juice
zest of 1 orange
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder

Preparation Method
1. Beat eggs and sugar for 8 minutes.
2. Gradually add the vegetable oil.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine well using a wooden spoon.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 170ºC, for 15 minutes.
