Taramosalata (Fish roe salad - meze)

Taramosalata is one of those dishes. It is roe fish blended into a creamy pink dip of pureed potatoes with parsley, lemon juice, and finely chopped onion (optional). What are your tips to make fumbling with documents and passport at the airport?
Do you always carry it on your person while abroad?
Any tips welcome. I always carry it when out of
the country. a closing Passport wallet is convenient to hold cash of a different size, the Passport, my drivers license, and a couple of credit cards.
It is a good cheap investment keeping everything together, and most room keys were credit card sized also and fit in nicely.
